Truth is, I didn’t have many family pictures growing up…
All we had was my grandmother’s wall of vintage photography to document our small family history. And I remember my grandmother would tell us all kinds of stories from our family’s past.
She entrusted me to keep the wall of photos up to date. And oh my goodness, little Sharon did this job with the UTMOST pride!!
That’s when I fell in love with the magic of photos. Because they illustrated the family stories I was so captivated by all those years ago, and even to this day.
It wasn’t long before I fell in love with illustrating stories for others around me, so their families could capture every precious moment too. I eventually picked up a camera, and the rest is history!
It makes my heart SO happy to meet couples and families like you in Anchorage. As days turn into years, I hope you’ll pass on your images to the next generation. With joy in your heart and a story to tell!

I show love through acts of service, and I feel most loved through food! That’s why in my wedding package, you’ll be treated with Moose’s Tooth Pizza during our pre-planning session. It’s very likely we’ll have shared inside jokes by the end of dinner!
Helping You Relax
Getting in front of the camera can feel… awkward. Don’t worry, no need to stress about if you’re “doing it right” or if “your hand looks funny.” I’ll prompt you in ways that make you look good (and feel good too!)
Capturing Moments You Didn’t Realize
I’ll go to crazy lengths to make sure I get the perfect shot. Oh yes, including standing on a toilet in your dressing room (true story!!). I’ll move around quick to be exactly where I need to be. Every time. Capturing EVERY moment!
